Office Supplies.
Order the paper supplies your office uses every day: folders, note pads, scratch pads, Rolodex cards and presentation folders. For a reorder, send a sample or previous job reference and mark any changes. Numbered invoices and multi-part books have their own Business Forms page.

What to know about office supplies.
These planning notes explain common print choices. Confirm the materials, dimensions and finishing available for your job with the shop.
The supplies that run out before you reorder
Office supply printing is the least glamorous thing a print shop does and the category customers notice fastest when it is wrong. A note pad with a thin backer curls in a drawer. A presentation folder with a weak corner splits the first time it holds a full set of documents. A file folder tab printed on stock that is too light bends the moment it is pulled.
The fix is stock weight rather than anything clever. Chipboard backers on pads, cover-weight stock on folders, and a tab cut that suits the cabinet the folders are actually going into.
Where forms and office paper overlap
Several items in this category sit right on the boundary with multi-part paperwork. Invoice books, continuous forms and wrap-around book forms are all listed here and are also covered in depth on the NCR and business form printing page, which is the right place to start if the piece needs numbering, carbonless copies or a tear-off stub.
Letterhead, envelopes, labels and the rest of the branded stationery set are on business essentials, and the cards that match them are on business card printing.
Reordering
Most of this category is repeat work. If we have printed an item before, reference the previous job when you reorder and the shop can pull the prior file rather than starting from a fresh setup.
It is worth reviewing quantities at the same time. Padding, folding and assembly are per-run operations, so ordering a realistic year of a stable item usually costs less per unit than four small runs.
