Event and Special Occasion Printing.
Wedding invitations on cotton stock with a letterpress dent you can feel from across the room. Dinner menus that hold up to a candle and a glass of red wine. Anniversary programs, birthday invites, fundraiser tickets, save-the-dates that earn the postage. We print events the same way we print our own.

What to know about event and special occasion printing.
The occasion set, and where the detail lives
This category covers everything printed for an occasion, from the first save-the-date to the place card on the table. The stationery core of it, meaning invitations, menus, RSVP cards and the matching suite, is covered in depth on the invitation and menu printing page.
Bound orders of service, memorial booklets and multi-page event programs are on booklets and programs. Day-of signage, welcome boards and step-and-repeat backdrops are on banners and signs.
Planning an event print job around a fixed date
Event work runs backwards from a date that cannot move. The useful figure is not how long printing takes but when the piece has to be in your hands, which for anything mailed is well before the event itself.
Invitations usually need to be in hand several weeks ahead of the event to allow for addressing, stuffing and postal time. Day-of items such as menus, programs and place cards can be much later, but they depend on a final head count, so they are the ones most likely to be held up by something outside the print schedule.
Paperwork behind the scenes
Larger events carry operational paper alongside the pretty parts: banquet event orders, vendor sheets, numbered raffle and admission tickets. Numbered and multi-part versions of those are quoted through business form printing.
Branded stationery for a venue or planner, including cards and letterhead, is on business essentials and business card printing.
